Shipping Policy — Daisy Bank Crafts

Processing Time All our bandanas and accessories are handmade to order.  Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.  During busy periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.

UK Shipping We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.  

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.  If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at daisyonthebank@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Pinterest and Instagram to stay up to date!

Tracking Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation (UK) or 21 business days (international), please get in touch at daisyonthebank@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always try our best to help resolve the situation.
