Returns & Refund Policy — Daisy Bank Crafts

Our Commitment We want you to love every purchase from Daisy Bank Crafts. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. As our bandanas and accessories are handmade, we ask that you take care when trying them on your pet for the first time.

To start a return, please contact us at daisyonthebank@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size.  Please contact us before sending anything back so we can check availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.  This includes dog bandanas.

Shipping Returns Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
